Hoist (2019) was created and performed by Gaby as a site-specific solo for the 3 Streets Away project at Doyce Street Studios, London. This work was one of several pieces created by artists in response to Dorothea Tanning’s show at the Tate Modern.

Hoist was performed daily at Doyce Street Studio 1st–7th May 2019.

Hoist was then reconstructed during a week-long residency at Studio 307 AWOL Studios, Manchester culminating in a performance in the last week of February 2020.
